Brief Profile :25+ years’ work experience as a HR Head & HR Leader across several reputed ICT and IT-ITES organizations has helped him develop a strategic view of the HR imperatives for such enterprises across geographies and time zones. Has deep experience across all HR verticals and is adequately equipped with proven skills of organizational design & transformation, HR Systems, leadership development and M&A. This includes exposure to HRM, Business Transformation including TQM, SEI-PCMM, NLP, Key Talent Management and ESOP Management. Successfully led HR interventions during numerous expansions, M&A, consolidation, integration and cultural transformation. He is recognized for building a Future-Ready Agile workforce for the VUCA environment for Fortune 500 clients. Joined Netmagic NTT at a very strategic time in Nov 2007 as Head – HR & Admin and played a pivotal role in facilitating the vision “To be India's Leading and Most Admired IT Managed Services Company” and pursue its mission being an “Employer of Choice”. Since joining, have partnered with business with greater focus on managing organizational transition and scaling up of the organization during several rounds of funding – namely Fidelity, Nexus Capital in 2008 and Cisco, Nokia in 2010 and NTT in 2012. Prior to joining Netmagic in Nov 2007, he enjoyed a flourishing career with Lionbridge Technologies as Head – HR, India Operations. Earlier, he held several leadership positions in companies like Lionbridge Technologies, SYSTIME, Trigyn Technologies, BlueStar Infotech, Datamatics, Tata Consultancy Services and Larsen & Toubro. He is actively associated with HR movement in IT/ITES companies in Western India. He is a past president and mentor of HR Infotech Association. He was on NASSCOM's Steering Committee for western region working on Diversity and Inclusion. He was Co-Chairman, HRD Committee, Indian Merchant’s Chamber(IMC). He was on the Board of Executive Committee of National HRD Network, Mumbai chapter. He is am an active Rotarian and Past President of Rotary Club of Bombay Powai. He has done his Ph.D in Management. He is a Post Graduate in Electronics-MSc and Business Administration-MBA. He holds a Research Degree in Electronics - M.Phil and have successfully completed SEI P-CMM Course by Carnegie Mellon University - USA. He has also earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management and Distance Education and General Management.
