Powers and functions of the Board of Trustees:

1. All the powers available to the Trustees in relation to the trust shall vest in the Board of Trustees under the chairmanship of Managing Trustees / Founder / National President. Final authority of any decision will lie with Founder/ National President.

2. The Board shall take all legitimate steps for proper administration of the Fund in the interest of the beneficiaries and supervise, manage, develop and invest all the properties of the Fund in a prudent manner. While doing so, the Trustees shall ensure that corpus of the Fund is invested in safe and secured manner as per the requirements of law applicable to the "VETERANS INDIA" under the chairmanship of Managing Trustees / Founder / National President. Final authority of any decision will lie with Founder/ National President.

3. Without prejudice to the generality of powers and functions of the Board to manage and administer the Trust, the Board shall have the following powers under the chairmanship of Managing Trustees / Founder / National President. Final authority of any decision will lie with Founder/ National President:-

(a) To accept any donation, contribution in cash or kind from any person or association of persons, institutions or trust including the Central Government, State Government, commercial banks, financial institutions, bilateral/multilateral donors, autonomous organizations, statutory bodies, foreign institutions etc.) for the furtherance of the objectives of this "VETERANS INDIA" .

(b) To borrow from any person, commercial banks, financial institutions, bilateral/multilateral donors, autonomous organizations, statutory bodies, institution or Government, etc. against the securities or the assets of the Trust or otherwise as may be necessary for furtherance of the objectives of the Trust subject to terms and conditions as may be agreed upon in consultation with the Central Government .

(c) To arrange for or authorize for signing or execution of any agreement, contract,instrument, documents or any other paper required to be signed or executed on behalf of the Trust, or Trustees, by the Secretary General along with any one of the Trustees to be nominated in this behalf by the Board and make the same effective and binding as if the said agreement, contract, instrument or documents or papers were signed by all the Trustees.

(d) To appoint or make provisions for appointment of sub committee of Trustees or others to attend to or supervise or conduct specific objectives, scheme/s or functions in such manner and subject to such conditions as the Board may specify under the chairmanship of Managing Trustees / Founder / National President. Final authority of any decision will lie with Founder/ National President.

(e) To authorize one or more Trustees to hold any asset or any fund or any investment of the Trust subject, however, to the terms of those presents in such manner and subject to such terms and conditions as the Board may specify from time to time.

(f) To appoint secretaries, managers and other staff for implementation or Administration of the fund and the schemes related to the “VETERANS INDIA”.

(g) To engage lawyers, solicitors, consultants, advisors to protect the properties of The Fund in litigation etc.,Or other proceedings and to ensure that the benefit of the Fund reaches the needy.

(h) To join, cooperate, amalgamate, the Trust created by these presents or any Portion thereof with any public trust or institution having allied or other objectives With prior approval of Chairman and Trustees.

(i) Incur expenditure on publicity, dissemination, meetings, seminars, visits, study, Consultation etc. in furtherance of the scheme/schemes of the Trust to meet its objectives.

(j) To do all such other things as may be considered necessary or incidental to Management of the Trust for furtherance of its objectives.

(k) All the power of trust alies in board of trustees here activities, work plan are past in meeting of Board of Trustees under board resolution in light of Trust Deed.

Completing his schooling and higher education, Dr. Mishra embarked on a new chapter by joining the Indian Air Force in 1992. His time in the Air Force was characterized by exceptional dedication, as he underwent specialized training and pursued academic endeavors, particularly in technical aspects related to aircraft. Following his voluntary retirement from the Air Force in 2009, Dr. Mishra ventured into entrepreneurship, founding ABS Land Growth Pvt. Ltd. His entrepreneurial journey not only ensured financial stability for his family but also enabled him to take on various roles of societal responsibility.

Brief Profile :CAPT B N SINGH is Founder Trustee of Veterans India. He has served the Nation for 36 years and after hanging the uniform he joins hands with Dr Binay Kumar Mishra and Brig R K Sharma (Sena Medal) to form a Nationalistic Association “Veterans India”. On consensus of same background people, the Veterans India association was Registered under Trust act in Delhi and working area is all India. The main aim of joining as Founder member was to utilize his expertise of 36 years of Military Service for improvement of social and economical status of under privileged section of society, Martyr’s Families and their children. His super skilled knowledge of 36 years in Engineering and Management area in Defence service in the Corps of Electronic & Mechanical Engineer entangle to enriching the Veterans India(Trust) to spread the thought of Nationalism & Patriotism in youth, students and common people of the society, also stream-line the thought process of rural youth to come forward to take part on sports & games to make our country from game loving country to game playing country. His multidimensional vision, through the platform of “Veterans India” is really executable and futuristic.
